Dear Parents/Carers,

Easter Holidays and Home learning
Both children and parents have been working extremely hard at the daily home- learning activities this half term.
This Friday 3rd April is officially the end of the Spring term. The daily academic home learning tasks will therefore cease after this Friday for the next 2 weeks for the Easter Holiday. If the government lockdown measures persist (as seems likely at this stage) then daily home learning will resume on Monday 20th April for the start of the Summer Term.
Activities Over Easter
Although daily learning tasks will not be set for the Easter holiday period, a copy of our home learning letter is attached which outlines useful weblinks and educational websites which children can continue to use and enjoy over their Easter break. Teachers will also recommend useful activities to help occupy children over the holiday period whilst also ensuring they get a well-earned, suitable break. There is a junk modeling and art activities mentioned below and also some great e-safety books attached which would be useful for children of all ages to read and discuss.
On line Safety Resources
Whilst computers are invaluable learning tools while children are learning from a distance it becomes even more important for parents and children to be aware of on- line safety and wellbeing and keep themselves safe on-line.
Mr Hardman has collated some useful on- line safety resources and this page is attached to this page.
There are  some excellent e-safety reading books attached with good materials to support them (good Easter holiday activities)

Wishing everyone good health,
Mr Morgans and the Hurley Team
