FREE (HAF) PLACES ON THE SUMMER SPORTS CLUB
The Summer Sports Club has been included in Warwickshire’s Healthy Activities and Food (HAF) scheme which means that there are separate arrangements for those children that are eligible for Free School Meals.
Children on eligible for Free School Meals will get a free place plus a free midday meal provided The only thing you need to provide is a full water bottle clearly labelled with their name.

| To get your HAF code Email hafprogramme@warwickshire.gov.uk SEND Your Child’s NAME , AGE and a CONTACT PHONE NUMBER . Phone 01926 742274 the Warwickshire Family Information service if you still have problems as this service is administering the HAF codes. |
